**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant team at Garvie & Co. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Schedule/Hours**
- Full-time availability is desirable
- Shifts will be allocated between the hours of 9am - Midnight
- Weekend/Evening/Christmas availability is essential

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
- Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions and perform basic maths for billing purposes.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or restaurant setting is essential.
- Barista & cocktail experienced is preferred
- As bar work is essential, this position would not suit someone under 18 years of age.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
