**Surgical Specialist**

Vision Executives are experts in international recruitment for the eyecare industry and we have partnered with a leading medical device company, to find them a Surgical Specialist to operate in London & Southeast. In this role, your task is to create and build relationships with Ophthalmologists, training them on the use of their surgical glaucoma devices.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Meet and exceed sales objectives to drive growth within the territory
- Create & maintain an effective strategic account plan for the territory
- Establish strong/trusted commercial relationships with Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) to: Support sales growth & to develop into a KOL for OMNI
- Train and support HCPs in the use of OMNI: Document training progression and completion for HCPs
- Network with HCP peers to identify new leads for potential business growth
- Participate in Regional/National meetings when required
- Appropriately escalate clinical/surgical issues, complications, complaints, and adverse events
- Complete administrative paperwork in a timely manner
- Complete all company training and compliance requirements in a timely manner
- Maintain a professional and credible image with all customers and co
- workers

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in surgical or medical device sales.
- Strong understanding of the ophthalmic or surgical device market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and drive sales in a competitive environment.
- Knowledge of the healthcare landscape and regulatory standards within the region.
- Experience in training and supporting healthcare professionals in medical device usage.
- Willingness to travel within the territory and attend regional / national meetings.

**What’s on offer**:

- £80K - £95K total package

Pay: £80,000.00-£95,000.00 per year
