About us
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Debriefing drivers
- Using external portals
- Investigating any issues from customers and internally
- Creating collections on system and reporting any issues
- General day to day Administration duties
- Inputting data and creating orders
- Producing reports depending on the businesses need’s
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Accurate processing of orders through our warehouse management system
- Maintain and monitor stock levels
- Making sure all invoices are summited to accounts with the correct data and on time
- Producing Pre-invoices for customers
- To assist with the day-to-day facility management for both buildings
- Ensure all activities are undertaken in accordance with current legislation, polices, procedures and best practices
- Occasional warehouse support
**What you will bring to the role**:
- An excellent eye for detail
- Strong administration and data entry skills
- A strong knowledge of excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Flexible
- Able to build relationships internally and externally
- Be Computer Literate, able to use Microsoft Office Suite, Sage 200 and able learn news systems
- Must have 2-3 years office experience
**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year
