**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Reading. As an integral part of the Key Stage 2 team, you will provide dedicated support to children with Special Educational Needs, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs
- Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the holistic development of each child
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all pupils feel valued and supported
- Monitor and record progress, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs is essential
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their welfare and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment
