**Position Summary**

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints and non-conforming products.
- Responding to customer queries and documentation requests.
- Monitoring recorded issues in M-Files.
- Liaising with the QC team to discuss retest and OOS analysis results.
- Assist with regulatory compliance issues.
- Work closely with the QA teams on our other sites in the development of our global QA system.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in, or with, chemistry or analytical chemistry.
- Experience in analytical chemistry / quality control.
- Strong knowledge of common analytical techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Willingness to be flexible when faced with changing priorities.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 is required.
- GMP knowledge and understanding would be desirable.
