**Location**:Remote

**Salary**: Up to £25,000

**Hours**:Monday to Friday 9AM to 5:30PM

Our client delivers mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments. They are looking for a Talent Sourcer to support the Production Hiring team.

You will join a fast-paced, fun and truly Global Talent Acquisition team. Within the talent acquisition team you have the opportunity to cooperate with colleagues locally, regional and globally

**Responsibilities and Duties of the Talent Sourcer**:

- Conducting telephone screenings via phone and video call. Ensuring all administration is completed on in house systems.
- Participating in intake calls to understand the hiring need and align the sourcing strategy.
- Establishing strategy for sourcing to support the demand and collaborate with Talant Acquisition

**Skills needed as the Talent Sourcer**:

- Demonstrable experience as a Talent Sourcer gained within an agency, in house or with specialist knowledge and experience sourcing talent within the UK.
- Experience sourcing multilingual talent for delivery associates within an outsourcing environment for HR Services, Legal Services, Call Centre and all of our commercial clients
- CEFR C1 English language skills (another language at B2+ level would an advantage).
