Experienced Support Worker

£10.45 per hour

Part-time, 15 hours per week

Warrington, WA2Who will I be supporting?
- A gentleman in his 20s who has a learning disability, autism and epilepsy
- He is supported 2:1 during the day and 1:1 at night
- He has complex behaviours of distress so it’s essential that you have previous experience

What will I be doing?
- Support him to live his life how he chooses, to be himself, and to achieve his goals
- Provide encouragement and involvement in the activities he enjoys such as going shopping, cooking, being out and about and listening to music
- Support him with daily living tasks like prompting with personal care, meal preparation, medication, cooking, cleaning and laundry
- Support him with his emotional and mental health needs, understanding his behaviours and supporting him to develop effective ways of communicating his needs

What shifts are available?
- 7am one day until 7am the following day with a sleepover shift included
- 7am - 2:30pm
- 2:30pm - 10pm
- Shifts are Monday - Sunday
- Rotas are provided 4 weeks in advance
