**The role** of a Bounty Trainer is a responsible one; you will be expected to provide a consistent, unified induction and/or training programme that is of a high professional standard that enables our Newborn Photographers to provide the ultimate bedside experience by delivering a professional pack distribution and photographic service, to all willing parents.

This is a key role where your training and coaching skills will induct and develop our new colleagues and ultimately contribute to the achievement of our business strategy.

You will need to be competent in digital photography, but also have excellent communication skills and the emotional intelligence to understand parents wishes and/or body language.

To be a success in this role, you will be able to train and develop our colleagues to perform to a high standard and follow our Code of Conduct.

The Newborn Photographer role is a uniquely sympathetic soft sell role and our success is dependent on respectfully capturing high quality portraits, that new parents will want to keep as an ever-lasting memory of their new family. Therefore, your role is key to our Photographers being able to take exceptional portraits.

As such this role will require travelling to hospitals within a defined area and may require overnight stays.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:** Supportive **your role is key to the success of inducting new colleagues into the business. You are responsible for supporting and training the Newborn Photographers on their initial 5-day induction programme. This will be a new and exciting time for our Photographers as they join the Bounty family and as such a little daunting. You will be there to coach and train them through our policies and procedures, our Portrait blueprints and our ways of working. You will provide support by training them through a mixture of virtual training, off site training, on the ward training and shadowing.

**Trusted** you will be confident, careful and considerate when handling parents precious Newborn babies and training our Photographers to do the same. You will diligently train our policies and procedures always adhering to GDPR legislation, and Bountys Code of Conduct. You will ensure our Photographers treat any personal information given, or images taken, with the utmost confidentiality. You will also ensure your personal dress and hygiene comply with NHS standards and Bountys uniform policy, and that you understand and follow all Health and Safety regulations.

**Respectful** you will have the ability to build rapport with parents, whilst ensuring that they receive the highest possible bedside experience which delivers on our promise of The Ultimate Bounty Experience You will ensure that our Newborn Photographers are trained and understand the Bounty Code of Conduct to ensure they respectively accept families wishes, should the Bounty bedside experience be declined. You will also train our Photographers to follow NHS guidelines whilst on the premises.

**Innovative** you will be tech savvy and skilled in using digital cameras. You will also be a brand ambassador for our new innovative product, the Joy digital family sharing album. You will be responsible for training our Photographers with our technical equipment and ensuring they are competent and confident to fly solo on day 6.

**Passionate** you will be passionate about the services we provide and be a Bounty brand advocate. You will take pride in developing and training our Photographers to create a variety of emotive portraits, allowing the images and Bountys high-quality Portrait products to sell themselves. You will focus on warm and engaging customer relations.

Your passion will drive you to work with the Regional Managers to work collaboratively to make improvements or put in place any mechanisms to improve an individuals performance as and when required.

You will have the ability to perceptively read the situation before approaching any bed and/or room on the maternity ward giving consideration as to whether it is the right time to approach but above all you will be able to teach this to your colleagues by leading by example.
