We are looking for individuals who are professional, conscientious, organised, committed to excellence, exceptional attention to detail and customer focused.

**About the Job**

You will be responsible for:

- Receiving parts and labelling them with correct job numbers and allocating to correct parts bin
- Arranging for return of wrong parts to dealership and ensuring credit is received
- Charging parts to correct job on management system
- Meeting customers with friendly and positive attitude
- Booking customers in for repairs
- Ensuring job cards ready for cars on site
- Updating customers as to what stage repairs of their vehicle is at
- Updating customers via digital imaging and estimated completion date
- Answering incoming phone calls

You must be able to**:Work to deadlines, prioritising workload to ensure agreed timescales are met**
- Work competently under pressure
- Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with mínimal supervision
- Be professional in your approach and continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday 8.30am -5.00pm

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
