**Position: Night Support Worker - Residential Care Services**

**Location: Deafway, Brockholes Brow, Preston, Lancashire**

**Pay rate: £20704 - £21197 depending on NVQ 3 qualification**

**Plus a night enhancement payment of £26.88 when working on a shift**

**Contracted hours: Nights 43 hours per week.**

**3 shifts over 3 shifts on 3 nights off on a rolling 6-week rota including weekends from 7.45 pm - 8.00 am including a paid break**
- Do you have experience providing care in residential care services?
- Do you have an NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care or are willing to work towards this certificate?
- Do you use British Sign Language or are you willing to learn?

**Deafway currently has a vacancy for a Night Support Worker on our Residential Services Team.**

**We are looking for someone who will provide our residents who have a range of additional needs with high-quality person-centred care.**

**The role will involve providing practical, emotional, and social support to help our residents maintain their independence and achieve their goals.**
