**Senior Support Worker (Practice Lead)**

**Location: Charmandean Road - Worthing - West Sussex - BN14 9LB**
**Up to: £19,695 Per Annum**

From supporting people with going about their everyday life, to helping people to access their communities, you will help the people we support to explore their potential, their interests, and their passions. The goals and ambitions of the people we support are at the forefront of all that we do, and you will play a huge part in making this happen, we call it ‘_Sharing Moments. Shaping Lives’_.

You will support people both in their home and in their local communities and we have a range of working patterns to suit you, including full time, part time and flexible opportunities.
