**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate a van and keep the van clean and tidy deliver desserts to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe working condition And levels are all topped up.
- Load and unload your stock, ensuring that the van is equipped with the stock that you need for the day ahead secured properly for transport.
- Maintain accurate temperature logs and records of vehicle cleaning schedule daily maintenance.
- Communicate with staff and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any queries or concerns from clients.

**Skills**
- experience as a Van Driver or in a similar role, preferably with experience in driving commercial vans
- Strong knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance like top up oil and water ect
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: £12.50 per hour
