We'd like you to join us as a **Support Worker** at our clients care package, at their home based in **Chew Stoke.**

**When you'll be working**:

- Tuesdays and Thursdays (9.30am-3.30pm)
- 2 days a week (12 hours a week)
- Term time only (no shifts in school holidays)

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to support our male client who is an amputee in their own home and out in the community. This will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and domestic duties. **You must be a driver.**

**No previous experience required **as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
