**Sales Advisor - Soft Furnishings**

Reports to: Sales Manager

Closs & Hamblin are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join their team in our Horsham store.
- This role will be 10 hours a week - 4 hours on a Friday and 6 hours on a Saturday each week.
- More hours available as holiday cover.
- £9.50 per hour.

The business specialises in a wide variety of Home products inclusing Furnishing Fabrics, Curtains, Tracks, Blinds, Shutters, Cushions, and other Home Accessories. Main Responsibilities for the Sales Advisor:

- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Interact with customer to give advice on colour and design when choosing fabrics.
- Gain expertise and knowledge of all products within the store, curtains, blinds & shutters.
- Learn to accurately calculate and produce a bespoke estimate, attention to detail mandatory
- Use listening skills to book appointments for our Bespoke Home Sales Service
- Previous retail experience in this area desirable, however enthusiasm, a thirst for knowledge and a can-do attitude to learn something new and exciting also acceptable.
- Proven sales ability
- Work well within a team
- Strong computer/telephone skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
