Venn Group are looking for a Concierge to work for a specialist supported housing provider in Derbyshire.

**Location: Yeovil**

**Duration: 3 Months (Temp to Perm)**

**Hours: 37.5**

**Ref Number: 79247**

**Pay Rate: £10.42 PAYE**

**Shifts: Monday to Friday - 21:00 - 07:00**
- First point of contact on reception, answering inbound calls
- Building safety including night security systems
- Cleaning communal areas
- Monitoring visitor access
- Escalating incidents and reporting repairs
- Enhanced DBS (must be on update service)
- Experience in a similar role
