Firefly are currently working with an International Trade and Manufacturing business with revenue of £400 million, to recruit a Finance Manager providing the Head of Finance, Global Site Manufacturing with financial insight to enable Group Finance’s activitiesto be carried out accurately and efficiently.

Working with the Plant Manager in leading the improvement and delivery of the site’s financial performance. Assist in strategic planning, site forecasting and providing finance insight into business cases. To provide financial information in a timely mannerto enable the decision-making process of the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team.

**Job Role**
- Analyse the financial and non-financial data to drive insight on performance and influence the site process managers to make performance improvements.
- Prepare budgets / Forecasts by product, including Volumes, Manufacturing standards, Factory Variances, Factory fixed costs, and Capex / Inventory. Challenging site to improve performance and reduce costs at all stages.
- Responsible for site period reporting, analysing and explaining variances to budget / forecast
- Site Business Partnering
- Tracking of headcount against budget
- Monitor and adapt internal financial control procedures as businesses processes evolve
- Primary point of contact for external / internal financial auditors
- Improve closed job analysis information and provide to Divisional Finance teams in a timely manner
- Support the Divisional leadership team, executing the strategy
- Support and follow the governance and operational disciplines applicable across the group
- Professional finance qualification
- Previous experience of working with ERP systems desired
- Experience of managing financials for Capex projects desirable
- Management accounts experience
- Cost Accounting knowledge and experience
- Proven track record of business improvement and managing change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven influencing and collaborative skills
