**Key Responsibilities of the Customer Due Diligence Manager**:

- Lead the Global CDD team, responsible for the operations/workflow management
- Responsible for providing guidance on CDD procedures, risks, regulatory requirements, and ad-hoc situations
- Key contact for Sr. Director, Regulatory Compliance Management, Global Commercial team, MLRO’s and CDD Team
- Support General Manager in the Dublin office and assist with any ad-hoc requests
- Support the Senior Analyst with any quarterly training requirements for the CDD and Commercial Team, ensuring requirements are met, documented, and dated
- Meet with Senior Analyst and Testing Manager to discuss monthly and/or quarterly trends identified from Quality Assurance and Testing processes. Ensure analyst training is conducted as and when required, within SLA timeframes. Work with Senior Analyststo prepare training materials
- Oversee and sign off on the Monthly Metrics pack and attestations data, prior to submission to Senior Management and the Board members
- Assist with the preparation of Board packs by providing commentary for quarterly Board Meetings
- Key Contact for 3rd party service providers, organizing and approval for renewal of contracts and workflow system enhancements
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams such as Legal, Credit, Outsourcing, system project managers, and Testing to discuss/improve processes, reduce risks and analyze trends
- Drive annual reviews of CDD procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with the Compliance Shared Services Manager. Implement any new updates into the CDD process and conduct training with CDD and the Commercial team
- Act as Hiring Manager for Global CDD team

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Stakeholder management - relationship building/presenting/conducting meetings
- Experience in managing projects
- People management
- Previous role working in Customer Due Diligence / KYC / AML
- Screening - Negative news alerts
- Sanctions / PEP's experience
- Good MS Excel skills
