We’re looking for permanent Warehouse Operativesto join us at our site in Lichfield. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, either **Tuesday to Saturday, covering the hours of 16:00 - 00:00 or 00:00 - 08:00 or Sunday to Thursday, covering the hours of 16:00 - 00:00 or 00:00 - 08:00.**
**Pay, benefits and more**:

- We’re looking to offer a pay rate **of £10.85** for afternoon **shift** **and** £13.02 **for** nights
- An additional **payment of** £1.50 per hour **for** afternoon **shift and** £1.00 per hour **for** nights between 17th October and 9th January

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout the warehouse
- Picking, packing and sorting orders
- Get involved in various warehouse functions, such as inbound, outbound and stock control
- Use warehouse management systems on a day-to-day basis

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- A great attitude towards your work and colleagues
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time, the DCO roles can be physical work
- A good level of communication
- A flexible approach towards working hours
- Previous warehouse experience (desirable)
