- Key Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesTo meet or exceed customer service standards (e.g. customer service targets, delivery times, flexible approach to changes in customer demands)-
- To be the face of Belron UK Ltd, maintaining high personal standards for yourself, the Supply Chain and the external customer-
- To consistently meet or exceed standards in customer service and to ensure that Belron UK Ltd and other standards are adhered to-
- Achieve a high standard of accuracy when completing paperwork and when using IT systems-
- To support all opportunities to increase sales and develop the business of Belron UK Ltd, whilst supporting effective cost management and enhancing customer service-
- Consistently support the Supply Chain team in meeting or exceeding key performance measures-
- To liaise effectively and build strong relationships with both internal and external customers, including Supply Chain teams and wholesale customers-
- To undertake training and coaching as required to increase personal skills to achieve performance standardsContribute towards the engagement and effectiveness of the team-
- To support the wholesale team activities concerning customer relationships and the Supply Chain wholesale strategy-
- To effectively manage and use the Customer Relationship Management tool to support good customer interaction and identify opportunities and key issues.-
- To process and manage all customer orders, returns and any other administration duties required.-
- To handle, manage and resolve customer escalations and any other disruption to their service on a daily basis.-
- Support Key Customer Account management through handling day to day enquiries and issues.-
- Specialise in identification, order management and purchasing of special orders-
- Use external identification systems to provide wholesale customers with an exceptional service.Key Experience, Knowledge and SkillsGreat communication and customer service skills-
