**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Engage with prospective clients through telemarketing and follow-up calls to generate leads and close sales.
- Utilise Salesforce to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Communicate effectively in English, with the ability to converse in Spanish being a significant advantage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide product information and demonstrations as required, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales growth.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for successful client interactions.
- A background in sales or customer service will be advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From £29,120.00 per year
