**The Role**:
The QA Team Leader is a first-tier leadership role charged with daily oversight of output and performance as well as the development of a sub-set of QA staff ensuring sufficient, competent, resources are available to monitor the Pharmaceutical Quality System and support the business in line with customer expectations, timelines and regulatory demands.

**Key Requirements**:
**Essential Criteria**
- Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK
- Degree level (or equivalent) qualification
- Previous experience within an established Quality System (e.g. GMP, ISO)
- Significant experience in the generation or review of Quality related documentation

**Desirable Criteria**
- (The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)_
- Degree level (or equivalent) qualification within a Life Science discipline
- Previous experience in a Pharmaceutical /GXP environment in a Quality related role
- Experience within a supervisory role, to include line management responsibility.
