We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our growing Assent team that will offer all this and more

As an Approved Inspector we advise and guide clients about Building Regulations across a multitude of simple and complex projects from inception to completion. We believe in delivering very high levels of service and building strong long-term relationships with our clients to help provide sustainable, accessible, and safe built environments.

**Reporting to the Finance Manager you would be responsible for: -**
- Bank reconciliation across multiple accounts
- Purchase Ledger across all group accounts
- Complete aged creditor reconciliations
- Monitor and process expense claims
- Posting of month end journals
- Reconciliation of company credit cards

**To be considered for the fantastic opportunity you would ideally be able to demonstrate: -**
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Working knowledge of Sage 200
- Ideally AAT qualified, however this is not essential
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- A team orientated approach to your work
- Ability to problem solve and look for solutions
- Be innovative and always looking for smarter more efficient ways of working

You may have experience in the following roles: Finance, Finance Assistant, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Accounts Assistant.
