**Role** - **Customer Success Manager**
**Salary** - £27,000 - £32,000 Per Annum
**Location** - Wallingford, Oxfordshire or London - 4 days Homebased

**What will you be doing as a **Customer Success Manager**?**
- Delivering high customer service and building strong relationships
- Being the first point of contact, providing clear event updates
- Ensuring customers have full briefs of facilitating the events
- Ensuring client branding is present on marketing materials
- Attending specified events
- Producing and distributing customer event reports
- Adapting findings on customer feedback surveys
- Observant of patterns within recruitment
- Developing your team to achieve overall goals
- Knowledge of the Student/Graduate Recruitment Process
- Ability to Interpret Data Reports
- IT Skills: Microsoft Office, CRM System
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Leadership Skills
- Ability to Improve Working Processes
- Ability to be Focussed, Adaptable and Proactive
- Strong Team Player
- Time Management Skills
- Full UK Licence
