**The role is full time, working 35 hours per week, term-time only plus 2 weeks. The role is Grade 6 with a pro-rata salary of £27,193 the full-time equivalent is £30,825.**

**Key relationships**

The post holder will report to the School Operations Manager. Apart from other colleagues in the school, the main contacts of the job are the head teacher, teaching and other support staff, pupils’ parents.

**Main responsibilities**
- To oversee an effective administrative and support service to the school, developing systems and procedures and setting standards
- To work collaboratively with a team of staff to ensure ensuring the school runs effectively in all operational areas, liaising with Trust colleagues and functional experts as needed
- To further develop expertise in the software used by schools for information management and assessment processes.
- To work collaboratively with all staff and parents in order to support student progress and wellbeing
