Due to continued success in providing fee based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professional and proactive Paraplanner / Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to Financial Advisers as partof their administration and paraplanning function.
You will act as the initial point of contact for client queries, supporting a senior Adviser with paraplanning duties, as well as liaising with product providers managing and developing the administration and review process to ensure a first class serviceis provided to internal and external parties, your work will cover Investment, Pension and Protection planning.
Duties for this role will include:
- You will work closely with a Financial Advisor and a Senior Administrator and will have strong technical knowledge, particularly around pensions, investments and taxation.
- You will be able to prepare client review packs for the advisor and also be able to write the post review report or suitability letter.
- You will be able to assist the advisor in reviewing a client portfolio and have a good understanding in advice platforms and research tools.
- You will have contact with clients, taking telephone calls and acting as a point of contact for our clients with day to day queries.
