**New Store Opening We are currently recrui**ting for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our new team **in **One Stop Shopping Centre, Perry Barr****

**This is a part time role, **and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.**

**As a Replenishment Supervisor **you will support the Replenishment Manager in ensuring the warehouse, fill levels and stock control are maintained to ensure the best store standards are delivered for our customers.**

**You will also**:

- Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
- Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised and stock is accessible at all times
- Ensure that all staff are complaint with our Health and Safety policies in order to provide a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
- Be passionate about delivering great customer service

**It is essential that applicants have the following**:

- Experience supervising/managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to think on your feet
- A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Having a Fork Lift Truck license is also desirable, but not essential._
