**Multi Specialist Advocate (Maternity Cover)**

**Office Base: Wirral Advocacy Hub, Wirral (hybrid working approach between home, office and community)**

**21 hours per week**

**£14,596 per annum (FTE £25,717 per annum) + £650 per annum pro rata, if you have successfully completed the Independent Advocacy Qualification (IAQ)**

**Fixed Term Maternity Cover, up to 12 months**

n-compass are looking to recruit a Multi Specialist Advocate covering maternity leave, within the Wirral Advocacy Hub. This role is to provide independent one to one statutory and non-statutory advocacy for residents in Wirral, in accordance with the legislative requirements.

**About you**

We are seeking resilient, hardworking, empathetic and passionate people to ensure that those who need our Advocacy Service are supported professionally. We are looking for someone with experience of; safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable clients; using monitoring tools and keeping up to date records; and working with people with disabilities, mental health issues and/or who have limited/no verbal communication. Most importantly, we are looking for people who really want to make a difference.
