Required as soon as possible, a HR Assistant working within the Business Services Team to provide related administrative support and guidance. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential and previous experience of working in a busy administrative, payroll or HR environment would be an advantage.
There is potential to support you through a CIPD qualification to further your career in HR if desired.
In return we offer a competitive salary, 28 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) which increases to 34 days after 5 years’ service, access to a contributory local government pension scheme and other additional staff benefits.
