They’re a leading agency that have been recognised as one of the top 100 agencies in the South. They’re looking for someone with a background in website design - someone with a passion for creating innovative user experiences & flair that can work through client’srequirements, taking ownership of the creative direction of the project.
You will be responsible for design briefs, conceptual work, and overall website design. As well as the above, you might also support the wider team in the day-to-day delivery of website projects - which will include elements of front-end development, new businesspresentations, and working strategically with clients to plan for the future.
**Key skills**:

- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Experience developing wireframes (in programmes such as Adobe XD)
- Strong time management skills
- Organisation - able to work on multiple projects at any one time
- Proficient understanding of digital marketing and conversion rate optimisation and the importance of this in web design and build
- Assisting with front end development

**The following skills would be an advantage**:

- Passion and experience with branding projects
- Previous experience running UX projects
- WordPress development
- Previous experience working on creative for marketing campaigns
