As a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of a child with special education needs and Disabilities.

Your roles and responsibilities will include collaborating with the class teacher and other professionals to implement Individual Education Plans and/or Education and Health Care Plans and creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for the child.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general classroom support in a range of classrooms.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of lessons.
- Work on a one-on-one basis with students, providing additional support as needed.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Foster the social and emotional development of students.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to meet the needs of individual students.
