- Monitor, record, and report on patient care and progress.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Travel to various care settings or home visits as required.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
