We a currently working for a Legal 500 ranked firm in order to source a junior Intellectual Property Associate.

This is an amazing opportunity to work for an international, top 20 law firm in their leading IP & Media team.
This is a global law firm with over 29 offices world wide and are ranked by the Legal 500 across all their areas.

The Role
- The role focuses on licenses and other agreements relating to trade marks, copyright, designs and advertising.
- Corporate IP and media support in the context of M&A investments, IP portfolio and catalogue transactions, security charges on IP.
- England & Wales qualified Solicitor with1-3 years PQE
- A genuine enthusiasm for 'soft' IP.
- Succinctly, clear and confident communication, drafting and negotiation skills.
- Outgoing, self-motivated individual.
- Strong client focused approach with excellent analytical and organisational skills, including to manage workloads and deadlines.
- Energetic, entrepreneurial and driven.
- Interested in all areas of our nationally recognised property services disputes and investigations practice, which counts a wide variety of household financial services businesses as clients.
