We are looking for a new member of the team who has excellent customer communication skills and a keen eye for detail. They will need to be happy to work outside and using ladders from time to time although most work is done from the ground using a water fed pole system.
- If needed you will have full paid training this will last between 3-5 days and afterwards you will earn your full commission of work completed. After training (if you need it) you will earn your OTE of £140+ per day. which is £700+ for a 5 day week. This is easily achievable. You will be guaranteed a wage whilst training and getting up to speed if you need some training.
- Your earnings are uncapped and you can earn up to £170+ per day for the right applicant which is £850+ per week.
- This is a full time position benefiting from weekly pay.
- You will be provided with a company vehicle and you can use it to commute to and from home each day.
- You will be provided with total office back up in terms of all rounds being geographically organized for you as well as a state of the art digital worksheet to make you working day run smoothly without the added burden of thinking about routes or unnecessary pen and paper admin.
- You will also need be happy to work outside in all weathers.

- Drive to various job sites to perform window cleaning services efficiently.
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working at heights and using cleaning solutions.

Pay: £100.00-£170.00 per day
