Saint-Gobain Insulation UK offer an extensive range of insulation solutions and services, marketed under the Celotex and ISOVER brands.

The overall purpose of the role is to contribute to the achievement to the site's business plan, by managing capital projects and significant modifications to plant to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget to site and our client's / stakeholderstandards.

Manage the projects through all phases to ensure plant is mechanically installed safely, to specification, and to a high standard whilst meeting the required budget and time scales. Provide input into the design of new plant and modifications and manageprojects through all phases.

**Skills and experience we require from you**:

- A minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent experience.
- Proven project management experience.
- Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, MSP or PMP(P) preferable, but not essential.
- Experience in delivering complex projects running throughout all project lifecycle stages.
- Ability to describe technical procedures to customers and other stakeholders of all levels of technical aptitude.
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other employees and customer representatives.
- Positively influence and motivate others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organisation by giving clear and consistent instructions to team members.
- Conscientious, motivated individual with an enquiring mind, who is able to contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering function.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including proven persuasion and influencing skills, negotiation, and conflict management ability.
- High level of computer literacy including experience of using computerised maintenance management systems.
- Knowledge of SAP CMMS software or alternatives.
- Experience in writing SOPs/Method statements and conducting formal Risk Assessments.

**Qualifications required from you**:

- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.
- Legislation, including PSSR, PUWER, ATEX, COSHH, LOLER and DSEAR.
- Experience in utilising Management of Change Procedures
- Experience of World Class Manufacturing including RCA would be beneficial
- Degree Level Electrical/C&I Engineering (preferred)
- NEBOSH Qualifications (preferred)
