Carbon Rewind is a national installer of energy efficient measures aimed at reducing heating bills and carbon emissions for homeowners and tenants. We are actively working with energy suppliers and local authorities to improve the thermal efficiency of properties.

Our head office is based in Watford, with two warehouses located in Wokingham and Cornwall.

We are looking for an Inventory Coorinator based in our Wokingham warehouse to provide excellent support and assistance to our Accounts and Purchasing teams.

The Role:

- Monitoring stock levels in the warehouse
- Assisting with monthly stock takes and reconciling stock
- Resolving stock discrepancies
- Creating and reviewing purchase orders against invoices, raising discrepancies and queries
- Updating internal accounting spreadsheets and general data entry
- Reporting directly into the accounts manager and working closely with the purchasing team
- Additional ad-hoc admin tasks

Who are we looking for?
- Knowledge of accounting systems are desirable
- Excellent organisation skills
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability with google suite, Microsoft office and PDF

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
