Dentalcare Group have an exciting opportunity for a GDC Registered Dental Hygienist / Therapist to join our busy Dental team in Amersham. **About Us** The first Dentalcare surgery opened in 1964 and have since built a reputation in **serving people well**. We are inspired by **developing Centres of Excellence** at every one of our practices - focused on our patients’ needs for family dentistry and specialist needs such as dental implants and orthodontics. **The **Amersham** Team** Our Dentalcare team in Amersham is situated within a minutes from the Underground and Railway Station and offers good links and regular services into Harrow, Wembley and Baker Street, Denham, High Wycombe and Chesham. The practice is situated in a building located on a busy main road in Amersham close to all the main shops and restaurants in the centre of Amersham with a large Multi Storey car park nearby. There are four surgeries, one on the ground and three on the first floor, a separate decontamination area, digital X-Rays and separate staff room with all the facilities you will need for breaks. The practice includes a range of services - Private, Specialist and some NHS- including Endodontics, Prosthodontics, Periodontics, General and Hygienist services. **The Role & Responsibilities** - You will provide the highest levels of patient care and professionalism at all times - You will work to 30-minute patient appointments with a dental nurse - Be friendly, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure - We are looking for a committed and hardworking individual to join our happy team and assist in our growth **The Working Hours** - This is a part-time role, working only on a Thursday - 08:30-17:30 - Possible Saturdays 09:00-14:00 from April **About You** - An appropriate Dental Hygienist or Therapist qualification is essential - You will have previous Hygiene / Therapy experience within the UK - It is important that you have good communication skills and that you **want to** put patients’ interest first. - You are reliable, diligent, caring and hardworking, with outstanding customer service skills - You will have an ability to work in a team, with a willingness to learn and be mentored **Benefits for you** - We provide an excellent remuneration package - with a long-established patient base.
