We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Senior Supply Chain Administrator in the Weapons Operating Centre (WOC).
We will help you to grow your skills and knowledge within the central WOC Supply Chain team, whilst you work closely with many project teams in Complex Weapons.
You will be working with the delivery teams, external experts, and the DE&S Tax team, to help create a Custom Warehouse (CW) within the existing Supply Chain and Warehousing infrastructure.
In this high-profile role you will be coordinating the CW and ensuring commonality of approach.
Once created, you will be conducting monthly compliance reviews, engaging with stakeholders to ensure strict compliance is met, working with DE&S Tax team to understand the impact of future policy changes and to support the identification of any new opportunities.

You will ensure that a high-quality service is delivered aligned to DE&S Supply process and UK StratCmd/HRMC policy. This will be demonstrated through your ability to collaborate with others, drive the CW roll out, deliver a range of time-sensitive outputs that support your customers and Delivery Teams.
A good eye for detail and skills in the management of data will play a vital part of these posts.
This role is the Focus in the Weapon Operating Centre and may be expanded to include other WOC specific Supply Chain projects.Please note some attendance to the stated site will be required for this position.

**Responsibilities**:
- In this role, you will be entrusted to:
- Understand the Custom Warehouse requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to deliver a HMRC compliant internal CW process using existing Supply Chain and Warehousing infrastructure.
- Create an assurance plan to ensure compliance is maintained.
- Ensure all solutions are HMRC and DE&S compliant.
- Help support delivery of other WOC specific Supply Chain projects.
