**Salary**: £27,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience and skillset)

**About the Role**:
This is not a property-marketing role. We already have a brilliant team that takes care of that. This role is about marketing us, the people, the culture, and the Bridges experience that makes homeowners choose us. You will create high-quality, engaging content that helps people know, like, and trust Bridges Properties, the three pillars that drive every decision to sell with us. You will work closely with Kris Bridges (Business Owner) to build awareness and trust across all major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Film, edit, and post short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.) that market our business and showcase our brand personality
- Use AI based editing tools to create dynamic, social-first edits
- Create fun, professional, and informative content that connects with homeowners
- Produce longer-form YouTube videos to support our sales process
- Design simple, eye-catching visuals (client testimonials, success stories, reviews) using Canva or similar
- Create and post “Coming Soon” and “New Listing” content to attract potential buyers
- Plan and schedule content through a content calendar to ensure a consistent and balanced mix of posts
- Manage both time-sensitive content (new listings, live updates) and a steady flow of scheduled evergreen posts
- Bring creativity, energy, and confidence to the team, capturing our people and culture authentically
- Stay ahead of trends, tools, and ideas to keep our social media strategy cutting-edge

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience creating social media video content that performs
- Skilled with iPhone and DJI Osmo Pocket 3
- Confident using AI-based editing tools and modern social editing styles
- Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, and social engagement
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A fun, energetic personality with a passion for people, property, and creativity

**Package**:

- Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience and skillset)
- Full-time, permanent role
- 30 days holiday (including public holidays)
- All equipment provided including iphine, DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and laptop
