We are looking for an Office & Sales Coordinator with a ‘can do ‘attitude. You will need to be proactive and prepared for all eventualities. This is a perfect role for an individual with a warm and a lively personality who is happy to manage their own projects.

- Able to interpret data and share complex ideas both internally and externally

- Be keen and willing to learn
- Campaigns across all media channels through in-depth analysis
- Work with agencies to build traffic and sales via the website
- Upload and update products, offers and all items sold on the website with descriptions, images, video and comments as required
- Manage the product listings and sales performance for e-commerce websites, eBay and Amazon Marketplace accounts etc
- Undertake sales and performance analysis to deliver optimum account performance, sales, margins and profitability
- Work closely with the customer service team to maintain flawless customer service and account performance
- Be willing to help other departments when necessary
- Managing all admin duties
- Maintaining good rapport with existing customer base and managing new customer inquiries
- Making sure all product information is up to date and organised well

**Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes**:

- Previous experience working within a busy office Administration Assistant
- Website, eBay and Amazon sales experience
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills and able to analyse large sets of data through excel
- Strong communication, copy-writing and inter-personal skills
- Commercially aware with strong analytical expertise
- Good at planning, prioritising, organising and multitasking
- Self-starter, driven, motivated and hardworking
- Enthusiastic about e-commerce and online marketing
