**JOB TITLE** - Allocator & Web merchandiser **LOCATION** - Hybrid, but must be commutable from London and the Home counties. **ROLE DESCRIPTION** As the Allocator & Web merchandiser, you’ll report into the buying and merchandise manager with a dotted line into the e-commerce manager, assisting with day to day running of both the UK and European website. Proven experience with managing websites and stock allocation. **THE ROLE**: - Ensure an optimum product range is offered to the customer to maximise profit - Work closely with Marketing to increase product sales by recommending high performing products - Managing new product launches and repeatedly optimising product content - Owning category templates and sort orders - Writing and building on existing / new Merchandising processes. - Managing promotions to analyse stock and recommend product lines to go into site-wide and category specific sales, as well as Marketing for digital roll out. - Analysing product returns, Google Analytics data and other wonderful data points to drive action. - Reporting on competitor analysis and campaign performance to highlight key wins and areas for improvement. - Maximize site performance in the short-term through day-to-day activities, as well longer - term via AB testing and new technologies - Take ownership of on-site category merchandising, driving cross/up-sell to increase AOV, with responsibility to analyse impact and optimise. - Set up promotions. - Implement the trading plan. - Reviewing performance of creative - Identify opportunities for increasing revenue using web analytics tools to improve key performance metrics - Implement our SEO strategy to drive quality, relevant traffic - Provide feedback and timely updates to relevant stakeholders - Manage and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Manage risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions - Work with various cross-department teams - Ensure plans and deliverables are in line with providing seamless customer experience **REQUIRED SKILLS**: - Shopify - Google Analytics - SAP (Desirable) - Demonstrable experience within e-commerce/online merchandising - Strong knowledge of various project delivery frameworks: Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall, MS project and Excel. - Creative approach to problem-solving - Forecast and review resources and costs - Manage risks, issues and dependencies - Commercially minded - Ability to build strong and effective relationships internally and externally **DESIRABLE**: - SAP knowledge - Knowledge of any other European language, preferably German or French. **THIS POSITION MIGHT BE RIGHT IF YOU** - **_Share a passion for the outdoors_** and the beneficial role it plays in people’s lives - **_Express curiosity and creativity_** by taking initiative and be resourceful - **_Understand your effect_** on business targets - **_Make a memorable impact_** by being approachable, respectful, responsible, and joyful - **_Value all people_** for their skills, experience, and unique perspectives **SALARY**: Up to £30k, depending on experience **CLOSING DATE**: Wednesday 28th July. **DIRECT APPLICATIONS ONLY, NO** **AGENCIES.** **ABOUT SNOW PEAK** In 1958, Yukio Yamai founded Snow Peak in the Niigata Prefecture of Japan.
