We have been instructed on an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Fee Earner to join our client's Kirkby-in-Ashfield office. This opportunity would suit an individual with upwards of 2 years' worth of fee earning experience from a Private Client background,living locally to Nottinghamshire.

The firm possesses a strong reputationin the legal marketplace and have gone from strength to strength in their many years of establishment.

**The Role**
- Managing your own diverse caseload of high quality Private Client matters
- Meeting clients and taking instructions, handling the case from inception to completion
- You will largely be advising vulnerable clients on Wills, LPA's with a practical and commercial approach to your work
- You will also draft complex Wills, Estate and Inheritance Tax Planning
- Preparing documentation on health and welfare and property and financial affairs
- Building solid relationships with your clients and third parties alike, ensuring each party is kept up to date on the progress of their case
- It's imperative that you have a least 2 years of demonstrable experience in proficiently handling your own caseload of Private Client matters
- With much of this firms' growth achieved through client recommendations, it's essential that you possess excellent interpersonal skills, can communicate clearly and with empathy, ensuring that your clients trust is gained and maintained throughout
- Your practical approach to your desk and your focus on business and team development will prove invaluable to the Private Client team
