**IT Systems Support Engineer**
**Role**: IT Systems Support Engineer
**Location**: Home Based (Home Counties Local)
**Salary**: Up to £32K DOE
A market leading company based in the Home Counties are looking to add a talented IT Systems Support Engineer to their growing team with an ability to hit the ground running and get stuck in from day 1. This is a fast-paced, customer facing business, that willrequire you having a willingness to learn and a self-motivated personality. You will be part of the close knit IT Team where you will provide IT, Application and Systems support to colleagues and customers, acting as the main point of contact for all IT issuesand tickets that are raised. You will also be given the opportunity to develop your knowledge across Data Science and Power BI, and grow your position into a varied, hands on Systems Support role.

**Role Responsibilities**:
**Act as the main point of contact for all IT issues reported and logged across the business
**Respond to logged issues in a timely manner, ensuring that they are resolved to completion or escalated to a 3rd party if needed
**Ensure colleagues and customers are kept in the loop with resolution times and given realistic expectations
**Promote continuous improvement and development of a variety of IT Systems
**Have an adept ability to be organized and manage your own time and workload
**Have a want to develop your skill-set and grow into a rounded position that will allow you to also work on Data Science and Power BI queries
