**Senior Community Physiotherapist**

**Location: Windsor, Berkshire**

**Salary: Circa £36,000 per annum, plus great benefits**

This is a great opportunity for an experienced **Senior Community Physiotherapist** with a competitive salary circa of £36,000 per annum plus great benefits, to treat people in their homes, and in a partner care home across Windsor/Maidenhead area.

**The Job Role**:

- As a **Senior Community Physiotherapist**, you will be professionally responsible for all aspects of your own work including therapeutic management of patients in your care and the caseload as an autonomous practitioner, with support from the ClinicalDirector and the wider team.
- In the community setting your role as a Senior Community Physiotherapist will provide physiotherapy assessments, treatment plans, and testament interventions to patients at their homes. Assess patients to check their mobility, strength and balance and functionalindependence, and provide exercises for them and suggestions for equipment they may need to facilitate their recovery and independence.
- In the come home setting your role as a Senior Community Physiotherapist will focus on providing physiotherapy to care home residents, ensuring they stay mobile and independent and assisting staff with any changes to the resident’s care needs.

**Skills, experience, and qualifications**:

- BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- HCPC Registered
- Minimum 3 years post qualification experience, ideally at least partly in the NHS
- Good manual therapy & clinical reasoning skills
- Genuinely care about your patient and be passionate about going the extra mile for your patients
- Have a positive and encouraging attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Have own vehicle and valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patients and care homes
- Motivated and continue learning with evidence of CPD
