One of the UKs leading firms are looking for a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor to join their well-established but expanding Bristol team.

**The Senior Building Surveyor role**

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be managing their own workload of professional services and project work across various sectors including office, retail, commercial and industrial.

You will be working on professional services such as dilapidations, TDD, development monitoring, defect diagnosis, party wall, contract administration, fire insurance valuations and planned preventative maintenance.

Alongside this, you will be managing projects from inception to completion including design and specification, refurbishments, repairs, new build developments, remedial works and strip outs ranging from £10k to £10m.

There is opportunity to steer your focus to your more preferred services and sectors once you're well-established within the role and the company. This opportunity offers great career progression with a path straight to Associate Building Surveyor.

**The Senior Building Surveyor**
- A Building Surveying Degree
- 12+ months Building Surveying experience
- MRICS (Not essential)
- Consultancy background
