We are a family-run clinic located on a busy commercial road connecting Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush, Chiswick, and Acton. Our clinic is designed with staff well-being at the forefront, featuring spacious, calming decor and bright airy rooms with natural light, inspired by Japandi interior design.

We offer a range of services including general, cosmetic, and specialist dentistry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Patient Concierge (Treatment Coordination)**
- Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to develop personalised treatment plans. Present treatment options and financial details to patients, ensuring they are well-informed.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring seamless treatment progression from consultation to post-treatment care.
- Maintain regular communication with patients, keeping them informed about treatment progress and educating them on oral hygiene practices.
- Provide empathetic and compassionate support throughout the patient journey, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.

**2. Dental Nursing Duties**
- Provide chair-side assistance, ensuring the correct equipment is available and maintaining high standards of infection control.
- Ensure the care and welfare of patients, providing excellent patient care at every stage of the dental process.
- Accurately complete patient clinical records
- Manage clinical aspects of the surgery, maintaining compliance standards and supporting the Practice Manager.
- Complete laboratory request forms, manage stock supplies, and ensure secure and accurate record-keeping.
- Liaise with reception to ensure smooth patient communications and transfer of records.

**3. Additional Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the dental care professional (DCP) team, ensuring efficient practice operations and fostering cooperation among team members.
- Be accountable for the security, stock control, and ordering of all clinical materials within budgetary constraints.

**Essential Requirements**:

- GDC registration and dental nurse qualification.
- Previous experience in dental nursing (1 years) and/or treatment coordinator role (at least 6 months).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software and IT skills.
- Ability to work professionally and competently.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care.
- Fluent in English

**Clinic Opening Hours (Working hours would be based on Rota)**:

- Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:35 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Tuesday-Thursday: 10:00 AM - 5.30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Friday: 9.00 AM - 5.30 PM (1 hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

**Salary**: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour, depending on experience
