We are currently looking for an experienced Planner to join our growing team. This role represents a fantastic opportunity for a Junior/Graduate planner looking to make the next step in their career with a fast moving and growing company, at the forefront of the utilities industry.

**Please be aware that the location for this role will change to Seacroft LS14, in the new year.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ability to support on time delivery by developing accurate schedules.
- Ability to constructively challenge deviations.
- Support and uphold Health & Safety standards in all planning activities.
- Assist in the proactive identification of opportunities and risks in the plan.
- Collaborating with Project teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure quality and accuracy of the project schedule.
- Mitigating risks by proactively communicating with others to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Creating and monitoring and managing the complex project plan, identifying risks, opportunities and taking appropriate actions.
- Being the single point of contact, providing status reports, critical path analyses and planning metrics.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Confidence in presenting to and speaking to external parties.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Previous experience working in a similar role. (Graduate or Intermediate level Planner Preferred).
- Have a working knowledge of project management to deliver quality and accuracy of the project schedule.
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills to be able to bring analysis and insights to life for key stakeholders.
- Be familiar with planning tools (E.g., Primavera P6) and planning theory to manage and interpret project plans.
- P6 Planning experience preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience in Utilities/Construction industry (Desirable).
