**Main Duties**:

- Mortgage broker or mortgage adviser is required to work from home deal with hot leads generated via new build developers as well as one of the UK’s largest shared ownership companies.
- Dealing with the leads in a swiftly and timely manner, the successful mortgage broker or mortgage adviser will receive on average 8 new leads per week, where you will be looking to sign up 2 mortgages as well as advising on the associated mortgage protectionproducts including life, life and critical illness and income protection.
- Living in the Halifax area and working from home, the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser will receive the leads on a day-to-day basis.
- The successful mortgage broker will have access to the whole of market with regards to the mortgages and a strong panel for protection business.
- Based on averages, at present the average case size including the proc fee and life banking is £1,800, where the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser will receive 20% of this, based on writing 2 mortgages per week, based on the currently averages, the successfulmortgage broker or mortgage adviser will earn an additional £2,880 per month, with additional commissions once £100k has been banked.
- Not only are all the leads provided, but as the new build mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Halifax area, you will also receive, administrative support, and all necessary IT equipment provided offering new clients whole of market mortgageand protection advice.

**Key Skills**:

- Previous new build mortgage broker experience is desirable, however is not essential.
- A full UK driving licence as well a clean credit history and no criminal convictions is a necessity.
