We have an exciting opportunity for an Estimator.

**The Role.**
- Evaluates offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes.
- Prepares and estimates budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications.
- Resolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting info.
- Writes up and presents budgets, reports, and project plans.
- Develops bids for construction projects.
- Works closely with architects and other professionals.
- Schedules meetings with clients, site managers, and staff.
- Navigates and understands building codes.
- Processes paperwork and travels to building sites as required.
- Monitors construction processes.
- Stays up to date with safety codes and improvements in construction.
- Previous experience as an estimator.
- Experience working on Refurbs
- Experience working within the construction public sector
- You will need a good knowledge of trades and relevant costs within this industry and understand codes and relevant uplift required.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be decisive in judgements.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate as part of a team.
- Organised and focused on meeting required targets.
- Applicant must have a driving license.

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
