We thrive on passion and innovation, and are looking for great people, with great ideas, who want to build the next big thing and develop while they do. **Supply Planner** **Leeds (Thorpe Park) / Hybrid - typically 2 days per week WFH** As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a **Supply Planner **to our global team. **OVERVIEW**: The **Supply Planning** team are responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels to support the sales demands in SharkNinja's rapidly growing European business. As **Supply Planner **you will interface with local Commercial Planning, Sales and Operations teams, and the global supply planning function to facilitate clear reporting on warehouse & inbound inventory, highlighting any risks and opportunities and ensuring any resulting actions are executed by the relevant teams. This role would suit an ambitious individual with prior experience in a supply/demand planning role looking for an opportunity to take their career to the next level. **Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do**: - Reporting on Shark Ninja weeks of Supply position highlighting any risks - Monitor attainment vs Forecast and react to findings - Own monthly stock cover forecast by Country - Lead allocation process by Country & Channel and maintain stock availability - Track inbound inventory and flag any risks to sales plan - Identify excess inventory risks early and develop and execute mitigations working with Commercial, Sales and Logistics teams - Forecast monthly inventory balances by DC providing variance analysis vs. prior months and recommendations to get back to targets - Define and deliver against key metrics for end-to-end supply chain - Collaborate with various business stakeholders across the organization to gather relevant data - Manage reporting and executing necessary actions to ensure alignment with forecasts **ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS**: - Demonstrated functional knowledge and experience in in concepts of Supply Chain, S&OP and Inventory Planning - Ability to multi-task and time manage independently; ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills - Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint; Domo knowledge an advantage - An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a dynamic, fun, fast-paced environment. - A team oriented and collaborative approach. Proven results building effective long-term relationships at all levels, internally and externally, and go the extra mile for customers. - Ability to communicate for impact, both in writing and verbally. **Education and Experience**: - Minimum 3 years experience in a Supply/Demand Planning function - Previous experience in consumer goods industry is preferred - Experience of using BI system desirable (Power BI or similar) LI-HYBRID At SharkNinja, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is vital to our global success.
