**SEN Teaching Assistant**

We are now recruiting for an outstanding school as they are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to inspire and support students with special needs.**

**About the role**:

- To foster a nurturing environment that encourages the student’s growth.
- To offer personalised teaching and learning in an autism-specific environment.
- To enable creative ways of communicating concepts to children.
- To support the class teacher and assist students in 1:1 and in small groups.

**About the school**:

- Supports children on the autism spectrum and/or with complex needs between 2 to 19 years of age.
- Offers a unique mix of education and support to pupils within a wide spectrum of needs and abilities.
- A dedicated and friendly team of staff.

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
- Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs.
- Available immediately to work as a Teaching Assistant.
- Able to carry out personal care as part of the role.
